Hi, I’m Heather.
I’m chronically curious about the world and people, and I’m particularly interested in macro cultural psychology, international relations and political economy, and the impact of Web 3.0 on society.
Currently, I work for a remarkable Congolese NGO which is responding to the crisis of extreme sexual violence used as a weapon in eastern DRC.
In my free time, you can find me working on a new coding project, reading the Economist, or having my creative writing projects torn apart by my writer’s group.
Some fun facts about me:
- I have a master’s degree in international relations
- I have a (slight) obsession with fountain pens
- I speak German and I’m learning French
- I am completely self taught when it comes to web-design and programming
